Returns & Refunds

We accept returns up to 14 days from the delivery date, if the item is unused and in it's original saleable condition, we will issue a refund for the item minus the shipping costs.

We recommend sending the item back via a tracked postal service and obtaining proof of postage or tracking information.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are usually issued within 10 working days electronically using your original payment method.
